My research goal is to understand patterns and processes of species, population, community, and ecosystem responses to environmental and anthropogenic change at local-to-national scales. I strive to produce research that is of value to management agencies, conservation practitioners, and the public. Much of my work may be cast as decision support for the conservation and management of terrestrial vertebrates and ecosystems.
I enjoy birdwatching, woodworking, gardening, playing squash, drinking micro-brewed beer, and spending time with family and friends.
