To use the map service in ArcMap 9:

1. In the "Add Data" dialog, select "GIS Servers".



2. Double click "Add ArcIMS Server".



3. In the "URL of server" text box, after the existing "http://", type "wui.forest.wisc.edu". The "URL of server" text box should read "http://wui.forest.wisc.edu".



4. Click the "Get List" button to list the available services.



5. Click in the check box next to "USWUII".



6. Click the "OK" button.



7. You wil now see the server, "wui.forest.wisc.edu", listed in the "Add Data" dialog. Double click "wui.forest.wisc.edu".



8. You will now see the service, "USWUI", listed in the "Add Data" dialog. Double click "USWUI" to add the service to your map.
