Research interests
I am particularly motivated by questions about habitat needs of vertebrate species, and in conservation challenges posed by human manipulation of habitat. I have focused thus far on research questions related to avian species, because of the relative ease of detection of this class of vertebrates, but am interested in other taxa as well.
Personal interests
When I am not working on questions related to the above, I am busy solving murder mysteries in National Parks (confused? google me without the 'd').
