GIS and Remote Sensing, Land use land cover change, socio-economic changes in Eastern Europe and Russia, resource management in Sub Arctic and Arctic Regions.

The personal interests are very broad; ranging from outdoor activity, scuba diving and travel, to assisting in running one Youth NGO. I am also interested in my genealogy and in the history and folk music of Balkans. Life is too short; in these coming three-four years to learn a bit Spanish as well.
