Research interests
I am mainly interested in conservation biology, ultimately striving to preserve biodiversity, elongating the wellbeing & beauty of our beloved planet. I hope to learn more about geographic information systems (GIS) and remote sensing to map-out the rich biodiversity of the Arabian Peninsula to observe and understand different patterns of change to answer questions like “Why did that happen?”, “What should we do?”.
Personal interests
In my free time, I really enjoy doing sports, mainly Volleyball and Basketball despite my very not tall stature. I also try to regularly exercise at the gym to sweat off all the negativity and stress away. I fancy my “me time” alone playing my video games, cooking (I’m pretty bad at it though), or just lazing around, yet at the same time, it’s always a blast to be out and hang out with friends anywhere around Madison!
